BART was a lifesaver!!! We tried to just do the immigration paperwork ourselves and really messed things up. Bart Chavez was incredibly helpful and very thorough in walking me through the entire immigration process from the initial consultation, filing the N-400 for me, all the way to the interview where his presence made me calm and relaxed and not nervous. Although my case was uniquely challenging, he took time to further research the chances of me getting my citizenship through naturalization. I felt he was genuinely interested in my case despite its uniqueness, as opposed to other lawyers who declined to take on my case, whom I had previously contacted.
Right from the get-go, during the free initial phone consultation that lasted over an hour, which by the way was after his normal working hours, he was exhaustively pulling up USCIS law provisions on the spot. Even at that first phone call, he already made me feel confident by letting me know that we had a powerfully strong case that I wouldn’t have any problem getting my Application for Naturalization approved.
